eBay Stamp Auction Search Page

This site is an easy way to search for Stamp Auctions available on eBay!

I believe the best buys on stamps are on
eBay. But there are simply too many stamps to sit and sort through.
You need to have a lot of time and patience to be able to get what you want.
I am including some of the best links (This is how I search for stamps). I believe you will find this useful too...

How to win a stamp bid on eBay (This is my suggestion...follow your own policy for best results)

Use this site to reach your favorite categories and place a bid on whatever you feel is a real bargain for the price mentioned. Or whatever it is you really want.

If you don't get outbid, good, but if you do, don't go back and bid on the auction again right away. This will only get you into a bidding war and increase the ending price, even if you are the winner.

Note the time the auction ends and bid on it exactly 30 seconds from end of the auction (15 - 45 seconds depending on your connection speed).

Decide the maximum price you are willing to pay for the auction. When you are bidding at the last minute, use this figure as the maximum bid price, even if it substantially higher than the current price. You most probably won't have to pay this price but it stops any other person from making a second bid for the auction.

This is the best and nearly foolproof way to ensure you win the auction. But this is not rocket-science. So be prepared to have some company at the closing time - lots of bidders do it. And this probably cannot compete with the automated eBay bidders that some sites offer.
